In addition to pots with Sous Vide balls, polycarbonate containers are also suitable for the water bath of the versatile Sous Vide immersion thermostats (not included). These heat-resistant, lightweight and durable containers solve all challenges as a complete Sous Vide system:

The transparent polycarbonate container with its special, close-fitting lid largely excludes evaporation. The Sous-Vide rack ensures efficient heat transfer and water circulation and fixes the vacuum bags with the seal facing upwards. Thanks to the transparent material, the cooking process can be closely observed.

The size of the container and the metal frame are ideally matched to ensure the water circulation, for optimum heat distribution and perfect cooking results.
